Formerly, this location was an indoor walking mall. However, Faros Properties decided to renovate the space and make it into a work space with easy access to parking and restaurants. I was tasked with multiple projects within this space.

First, I was asked to design and implement color coded window graphics along the full length of the property. The idea was to provide privacy to the working spaces and activate the common areas. 

 

Next I was tasked with adding banners along the second story walkway. These banners highlighted points of interest nearby and encouraged interaction with the local amenities. 

 

Finally, I was tasked with designing signage to help navigation within the space. Since the space was already so colorful, I choose to utilize a muted color scheme and reference a perforated metal that already existed in the space. The use of this perforated metal gave the sign an interesting detail and helped to connect it to the visual language within the space.
